We build and evolve a modern, sophisticated technology platform with high-volume offline processing systems, a growing suite of real-time RESTful web services, and, of course, a few web applications and tools. We are loosely grouped into a dozen or so teams, each with the autonomy to choose the languages and systems right for their own tasks (Mongo, Voldemort, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Perl, Ruby, Hadoop, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, MooTools, Oracle, MySQL, and many more). Our teams contain a mix of engineers, architects, sysadmins, content professionals, and QA engineers skilled in automation. Teams interact with each other daily, and opportunities for learning and trying out new technologies are always available.
Agile lean is our methodology and our iterative development releases happen during the day which means we don’t have to have dinner in the office. We’re moving forward with grid and cloud computing and are DevOps integrated. We are tenacious in our pursuit towards ultimate scalability. We’re always looking to add to our group of smart, creative people with positive attitudes who enjoy solving complex problems while working collaboratively to support our growing business.
